Information you provide

When you contact Nuts Paradise by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we may receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, company, contact details, product requirements, estimated volume, destination market and other information included in your enquiry.

The email enquiry form on this website prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not submit or store the completed form in a Nuts Paradise website database. Your information is transmitted to Nuts Paradise only when you choose to send the prepared email.

The floating WhatsApp form opens WhatsApp with the message you type. The website does not send that message to Nuts Paradise itself; the message is transferred to WhatsApp only when you choose to continue to the WhatsApp service.

How we use information

Information received through business correspondence may be used to respond to enquiries, discuss product and commercial requirements, maintain business communications and protect the security and operation of our website and services.

Technical website information
